I came across these last night. They recommend not using them to lower the pegs, but its because the reduction in ground clearance. https://easyridercycle.com/products/...40112279847005

I am running a 13.5 rear shock with the Olin’s cartridge I have the tubes all the way down in the trees. Don’t think I will scrape in the corners.haven’t yet anyway. With fuel moto’s BMF air filter I do hit it when applying the rear brake. I have the Harley big brake pedal on the way and thinking it will solve that problem. I will be going to full floor boards in the future.

Contemplating on going the other direction (true mids).

Removed the clam shells, just to switch it up a bit.

Currently rocking the Leather Pros, riding this set-up to SoCal next week.

true mids are going to look great on that bike for sure! How’s the stage 2? I forget what cam you went with.

I’m with you, feet forward is awful position on a bike you want to ride hard. I’m looking to get mine back more under me instead of the slightly forward stock setup.

to go from true mids to forward controls agreed. With the further forward mids you don’t give up anything going to forward’s on these bikes as by simply moving your feet back on the floor boards you are in the same position as stock . If you are average height anyway.

Went with Woods WM8-777XE.

Stage 2 is okay, woke the motor up for sure. Currently have Fuel Moto’s base tune and I auto tune it couple of times.

Will try to get it dyno tuned, after the SoCal trip, to see if I can squeeze more out of it and ride it the rest of the season. The bike has ThunderMax, by the way.
