It's a two step process. (1) Download and (2) Update. It can be in the Ignition ON state or Accessory mode to download the update. To install the update, it needs to be in Accessory mode.
I just did it. It took 25 minutes from download to finish. I did it all in Accessories mode. Everything seems to be fine. It did take some battery juice because now I see it's showing "charging".
Had a first weird occurrence that I never seen before. Wonder if it's because of an update. Went to the store and when I came back and turn the bike ON, the Infocenter stuck on Harley logo screen.
So anyone that doesn’t have the CVO models done the update? Cause I understand it was pushed for non CVO models till 16 March. I just checked mine and there was no update.
