Hopefully the next update will address some of the GPS issues/needs:
1. Option to view map "North Up"
2. Ability to skip waypoint
3. Overly large gas station icons while viewing planned route.
embedded nav is still shitty...even after the update, it shuts down every few minutes

I completed a 2,500 mile trip a few weeks ago. First trip with this new bike. The NAV/GPS worked pretty well. I was expecting the worst. It did reboot on me a few times during startup when trying to enter a destination. I'll get some more testing in this weekend.

Done OTA easy peasy, no drama…really hope it actually does solve the battery drain problem

Did my OTA thus morning, 10 minutes to download and about the same to install using a good wi-fi signal. Came up with some bugs that solved themselves with a few re-starts. All in all I was impressed. You have to keep in mind that this is computer equipment, and computers can be a bit finnicky at times.

I couldn't get my OTA to work, for some reason it doesn't like my home WIFI. I used the USB method an install was easy.

Its being reported that the OTA is not down loading the complete update, its a hit or miss for the amp and Cal file, those are available separately on the HD site for down load on a Thumb drive, If your display is not the same as Swifty's above, your download is not complete..I did the OTA and do not have the same display, going to do the Amp and CAL today on the Thumb drive.

I'd figure out what is wrong because it really makes things a lot easier to do OTA. Delete your existing Wi-Fi settings on the bike and start over again. I moved my bike in the garage to a location that is closer to the router in my basement to get a stronger signal.
