09 roadglide factory radio
my radio won't shut off. I know I can pull the fuse, and maybe it will reset. But it also may not come back on. does all other functions. has this happened to anybody else? and did it just reset? I am aware that these radios are very troublesome, but this is the first time for any issues at all. And the big thing is I just can't reset the time while it is on. Any advise will be greatly appreciated!

The specs and bells and whistles of the Sony Mex70BT in my opinion is far superior and for less money brand new than you will spend to fix the 09 HU.
Look it up on line. I think you'll agree.

Well I went last night and pulled the fuse for the radio, nothing happened, so I tried to pull the fuse for the memory, again nothing. I even pulled the maxi fuse. nothing allows the radio to reset. Most likely I will leave it alone for now. All I really lost is the clock feature. Of course I could wait until 12:00 and pull the fuses and start from there, which I just may do. Iron Cross wants 250.00 to go thru, update everything and make it better. there are other radios available but by the time you add the xm feature, I'm right back at the 250-275 range. Got to ponder the whole thing. Thanks for the replies.

we do a thing here at the shop called a battery reset. You disconnect both batt terminals and hook them together for around half an hour, I think I will try that tonight. it works real good on BMW and Mercedes, Why not Harley?
