Output Test Results with 1k,500,100 hertz test tones experiment at set levels

The problem that occurred here is when using mp3 gain I dropped both tones. Well the original 1k tone is 102 db and the 100hz tone was 96. When not both dropped 6 db , and they were normalized that led to the lower tone having too much output. I cant explain why my preout level was so much as on usb is closer to 1-2 volts. I am swapping head units and sending the current one back just in case.

I revisited this thread today for the xxxxxxx amount of time, so I decided to create some Test tones in Audacity (one per each band of the 998 EQ) at 0db and at -5 db.
I don't have an explanation for this, but I don't understand why the different values of the outputs when checked with MP3Gain. I can only guess a contradiction between both programs.
As you can see from 250Hz to 1.6KHz the tones show about the same level on MP3Gain. At 160HZ it drops a little bit and then drops drastically for 100HZ and 63.5HZ
In the other hand at 4KHZ increases, to then start dropping from 6.3KHz to 16KHZ.

I created this tones selecting 1 for amplitude. According to the Audacity Help, 1 is "the maximum possible volume without clipping". So I'm assuming this is the 0 db value, although the default value is 0.8.
This is how almost every tone looks like in Audacity at the amplitude of 1 which I'm assuming that is 0db

However there are two tones that are not showing red (in Audacity red means clipping).
The 630 HZ and the 6.3 KHz. The question is why if all the tones were created at the same amplitude value of 1.
Also, why the value of 1 shows clipping if according to them it is the maximum possible volume without clipping?
Note how all tones in MP3Gain show clipping except for 630 HZ and 6.3 KHZ which are multiple of each other.

Good point
If you can't hear above 16k then set the channel output on the deck to start dropping or sloping after 16k as long as your deck supports it
Don't feel bad most peeps can't hear above that
