I would start with the connections at the battery and check the battery next.

Being that the connections have already been checked I'd have the battery tested. How old is the battery?

Check Battery...Ok Will Do...Don't Know How old Battery Is...Bike Is New To Me...No Maintenance Records..Bought From A Ford Dealer In Oklahoma...No Problems Before Amp Install But Could Still Be A Weak Battery..Does Stay And Maintain A Charge On Battery Tender...Guess That Doesn't Mean Anything....And No Nemick ...No Extra Lights....Thank You Springerfan And Sbates08....Just Hoping It's Not My Voltage Regulator And Or Stator/ Compensator

Yes the gains settings are close to where they should be. Hopefully you've got it straightened out now.

lol. heres one for ya... put basically the same system in my girlfriends street glide, cept we used 4 kappas. rode easily 1000 miles with no issues, stopped at a gas station couple weeks ago with a group of friends, gassed up and went in to use bathroom. im sittin there reading the local paper and my buddy comes in says the gf bike dont start, completely dead
told him to hang tight, i was obviously busy at the moment.... so when i finished i grabbed a cold pop and walked outside to find a crowd around her bike, seat off, bags off and one guy was lookin for a torx bit to pull the fairing. they were pullin fuzes, wiggling shix they didnt even know what it was.
so i just stood there and watched
finally my gf looked at me...half sad, half mad, half embarrassed and asked me..."now what"?
my reply?... check the batter posts?
and yes....i shoulda checked them but had already after 100 mi and after 500
but thats why i like to do my own work after watchin 3 guys who had no idea
but i did appreciate the effort on their part!!!
