Trying to wire a rockford pbr300×4 amp
I have a pbr300x4 I want to wire the amp to the speakers im guessing i have to tap into the wiring harnesses coming out of the factory head unit ? Or run all new wires to the speakers? Also does anyone no of a decent 4ohm speaker to use with this amp without takin a second mortgage on my house im new to this forum im hoping some can help me out thanks!

Welcome to the forum. Their point is it would help if we knew what year/model of bike you're talking about. The reality is that amp doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to push a good 4 ohm speaker to its full capability (or even close to it for that matter), so you may want to rethink your approach.
Define your budget, what kind of results you want to achieve, how many speakers you're looking to use and where, if you're going to do the install yourself and if FM is important to you and the gurus will chime in.

What speakers are you running now? I would honestly try to upgrade to a different amp. I litterally ran that amp for a couple hours and pulled it to send back. There is a DB neo amp you can get that is much better for about $120 that will do much better than that PBR. I was running Focal speakers and thought they were blown on that PBR amp.
