Default Hooking up amp High Level??

Im to the point now where I am hooking the amp up and I have a couple questions. I soldered the red black and yellow from radio harness to biketronics harness that leaves me with the four speaker wires. So do I tie in the 4 speaker wires from the head unit to the amp input harness and leave the 4 wires from the biketronics harness unhooked??

Speaker wires from head unit to cut off RCA wires to input of amp.
Output wires from amp to BT control box speaker wires. use factory speaker wire connections at speakers.

correct. head unit speaker outputs to the high level inputs on the amp. I would leave the stock speaker wiring alone so you can put it back later on if needed. Simply run a set of wires from amp to each speaker, set your gains, and you're done.

if your kenwood head unit has 5v RCA outputs, use those instead of high level inputs.
