Ok, the Knucklehead show was on June or July 9th, so that's not happening Sat Sept 9th.

 

What time does everyone think they'll be pulling into town (Thur or Fri)?

Depending on which way I go and how early I leave it will take me 6-10 hours to get to the hotel.

 

Well, changing my route to go meet up with Yooper and ride in from Menominee.

9 hrs if I avoid Chicago highways and 9 hrs if I go through the scenic Upper Peninsula, no brainer there.

 

That would be the choice I would of made to go up and over instead of the bottom.

If you don't do much city riding you would not like going the southern route. It can get really nerve racking with the traffic depending on the time of day

 

Yup. Almost all of my riding is back roads and i try to avoid highways as much as possible, not scared of the highway, just like cruising and taking in scenery.

 

Yep pends on the time of day, ya know if it's either AM or PM, it sucks!!! I'm with Rob though seriously, nice ride up around that way.

New seat shows up tomorrow and this trip will make a good test run.

Depending on the time we leave the house after work and the traffic it will be dark when we arrive lol. But I will be there!!

Thanks to everyone who helped put this together. Looking forward to meeting everyone going. I'm making reservations for Thursday thru Saturday nights. As of now, I'm planning on leaving Thursday morning from the St. Louis metro area to go up. Anyone else from the St. Louis area?

 

Adenton528 aka Andy is from that area and he made the first meet n greet. Haven't heard anything from him about this one yet.
