Arc audio mpak 11
Installed this kit last week sounded awesome for about two hours then I fried both speakers, arc sent two new ones my question is will the 602's handle 300watts if I bridge the amp? Not sure if I didn't have all the switches in the right place or if it was just a bad set

Just be careful how you set it all up, I installed the same in my Ultra with ADCx62's in the pods I was not happy so disconnected the rears and bridged the 602's. Yesterday after 6 hours of a 7 hour trip enjoying my tunes at 80-85 mph, I lost a speaker. Pulled it out this morning and it's fried.
I set the gains with a 1k test tone and dmm but obviously screwed up somewhere.

Plenty of guys running them bridged at 200W by DMM and they sound great at that power. I ran mine between 200 and 220 when I first set them up, didn't notice a huge difference at 220 so backed it down to 200 to be conservative and give the amp some extra head room and ran them like that for the whole time I owned them. IMHO (and I'm no audio expert by any standard), 300 is just too much for them.

Whatever you do, don't buy the ARC Audio. Bought mine in Summer 2015 MPAK AMP speaker combo and matched it to a Jensen HD1BT. The unit lasted about 15 months. Even with the radio off it made a high pitched squeal so loud I couldn't start the bike. The squeal hurt the speakers so after about 10 hour of road time the system started to cut out. Took it back to the shop, they called ARC and the tech told them to send the amp back. the amp just got back on Monday (20 days later) and the problem still exists. The shop called ARC and they are blaming the speakers. It's ARC Audio Speakers! and they're not willing to stand behind them! Even though they were blown out by their failed AMP. The best they'll do is point me to their 12 month warranty. ANY Stereo component that lasts less than 2 years is a POS! And any company that hides behind a 12 month warranty knows their selling a POS
