Default Ring adapters

I have the Metra 6.5 ring adapters for my 11 ultra and am wondering if there is a better adapter for use with the DD AW 6.5s. I would have to modify the adapter to fit the AWs and was just wondering if there are a set out there that are a better fit?

Yup. That's why I asked which Metras he has. Only speaker I've found that won't directly bolt up to the 9601 is the PRV.

That's exactly right!! Any conventional 6.5 speaker will bolt to that model number adapter .

Will the Metra 9601 work with the rushmore bikes? It's listed for 13 and down. Is there that much of a difference?

Unfortunately your only alternative is the BT pod eliminators.
