Wanted to share my thoughts and a couple of pics of my Polk MM652 install into my Rushmore TP pods.

First, I was trying to avoid using spacers if I could help it but no go there. I will tell you that they almost fit in the pods if you turn them so the writing is upside down.

Second, I used the plastic adapters that come with the Polks as spacers since they are about 3/16" of an inch thick. I just dremmelled the tabs off of the outside.

Third i I decided to use the Boom! Stage I grills. I used some double backed tape and some black vinyl around my "homemade" spacers so they would look better with the grills.

Sound really good so far but don't have any road time on them yet. Going to fix that today 😃
