Ahh very cool. I've yet to work with one. Bit Ones, JL and Focals seem to be popular up here.

we have been doing this Flash ordeal for more than 4 years now ,,,,,,

In my opinion ,,, THE BEST Harley radio flash for an aftermarket amp, using the Techno-Research digital technician is as follows: ,,,,,

FIRST: 4-speakers, upper-fairing, rear-pods, no-amp ,,,,,,

SECOND: ENABLE amp #1

THIRD: Enable amp #2 ,,,,,

Please let me know how you do ,,,,,,,

if you decide to use the Diag-4-bike digital technician, take a look at this video until I get our new video on this subject released ,,,,,,

Hey John - what qualifies it as the best in your opinion? Flattest? Best frequency response?

Curious how you tested this, objectively or subjectively.

Respect ,,,,,

that is the flash we use for all J&M ROKKER Stage4 systems ,,,,,,

it lowers the output of the radio, flattens out the EQ, activates the distortion limiters inside the DSP section of the Harley Infotainment radio ,,,,

also turns on rear channel outputs, activates front/rear fade control, bass, treble and auto-volume controls from the radio itself ,,,,

Flyin broke ,,,,,

makes no difference what bin file is inside the radio that you look at ,,,,,

the speaker/amp configuration flash is done thru the digital port under the left sidecover ,, and once the configuration flash is done properly with one of the digital technicians ,,, to my knowledge, this speaker/amp configuration cannot be altered thru the USB input ,,,

JM
well i know where the flash is done threw but what confuses me is if head unit dose not store what the digital tech sends it then how can you do mail in radio flash if bcm or ecm or whatever is storing info, then sending my radio to you will do no good then on top of that you say bin file makes no difference so ill get radio back it will show same bin as when sent it and maybe and big maybe there will be some jm magic inside.
Don't seam right when Harley dealers where doing flash it would change bin although not all bikes ended up with same bin which no one ever figured out other than dealers doing it different than what was asked for. I would really like to have that flash but don't want to pull all the crap under my hood for nothing other than BS
Thanks for your time.

Sounds like some of the audio gurus on here (BaggerAudio) got it figger'd out FB. Why pull the deck, just get Harley to flash to the gurus recommended config.

I haven't seen much difference in BIN's but sure sounds like the config is a bigger influence on sound.
