Default Own channel or in parallel

Just wondering if this way is more efficient or not

Currently running my Aw 6.5/At 28s on 1/2channels and Beyma in the lowers on 3/4 on Arc 600. Since the AWs can handle more power and the Beymas are real efficient would running them all in parallel over the 4 channels be a better use of the 600 watts the amp produces? Or am I not understanding how power is distributed via parallel?

I believe the arc puts out the same power 2ohm or 4 ohm so you wouldn’t gain by parallel. You could bridge it to the aw and put in a micro amp to drive the beymas.

I was thinking of that too and then also thinking of selling the arc and getting the new BT4250.

OR just convince myself that the system is fine how it is and let it go!

But, WE wouldnt be on this forum if it were that easy!

Try hooking up just the aw to the arc bridged and see if it makes a difference in sound. Then you will have an idea if they would benefit from more power.

I have done in the past before I got the set of Beymas and they do benefit from the extra power. But not sure if I want to use an entire 4 channel amp on 2 speakers! kinda a waste at that point. Just looking at alternatives.
