What are the good ones out there now? Have an Arc amp that a channel went bad on , seeing what else is out there you guys recommend.

As Jack said. What are you planning to power. Which speaker and what ohm are they?

 

Hertz 165’s in the bags, 4 fairing speakers. Older Alpine head unit. Was a great system til one of the amps channels went out.

 

6 speakers total? Hertz makes a few 165's so with out all the details we might as well **** in the wind. what are the fairing speakers?

 

I just assumed we were talking about a replacement for an ARC Moto 600.4. That is what happens when one assumes.

 

Cerwin Vega b54 is a good budget amp and they make a digital amp in the same size now. I ran the 54 for 4yrs on my 07 pushing 2 6 1/2 different types of speakers since I tended to run high volume a lot. and 2 6x9 same thing. I went through many speakers from fosgate and infinity speaks. I sold the b54 and went with the digital amp and got all DS18 exl speakers all around. I hope this helps.

 

The B54 is a little lite on power at 80W x4. If he is running Hertz he needs more power.

 

Mmats has some new amps coming out, just got the call today,,,,,got something to run with the SD 1200,,,,,,,will post more when i know more and have pix!
