The RF head unit is plug and play but a little proud for what you get. The Aquatics AQ-MP-5BT is a better option IMHO. The CVO gear will have value on Flea bay. The stinger is a good amp but not for hertz speakers they like more power. Here would be my budget system. She will be very happy with the following.

I personally would stay away from the Aquatic as they have been known to have issues!!
