Hi, I bought 2019 RD ultra a few days ago. It seems every time I turn off the ignition (fill up, washroom break) I loose the destination in navigation. Also trip resets? Is this normal? It shouldn't be. I upgraded it to the latest software.

 

I had the same issues you speak about on my most recent 6200 mile trip. I believe the destination was still in there but the track was not showing. When I would re-enter the destination it would ask me if it was to add to the destination or replace it. I too updated to the latest software version and updated maps. It did not happen every time, just sometimes.
