6.5 boombox issues
2014 ultra limited with the 6.5 boombox. I'm having problems doing a factory reset. I've followed the instructions to hold the power button down and turn the ignition to accessory. The "accept " screen never comes up. The clock appears after about a minute. I've held the button down for 15 minutes and nothing changes. I can't access the diagnostic menu to do the reset. Bluetooth off. Nothing seems to work to access the diagnostic menu. Anybody have any ideas?

Thank you for responding cycle 7447. The latest upgrade is version 1.22.0.3 that I could find. I upgraded this version in 2021. My problem is I can't get my FM to work. New antenna and still nothing. I know I'm probably never going to use it but the fact that something on my bike doesn't work bothers me. For music I've always used a flash drive or my phone. Never had a problem. Thanks again for responding.
