I bought a used Road Glide that has the stage 2 Rockford Fosgate 2 speaker upgrade and Harley amp mounted in the saddlebag. It’s got what I learned is the common issue of the amp interfering with radio signals. I was surprised since my old Street Glide had Hogtunes amp and speakers with zero issue. I don’t do playlists or own a computer to make a USB with tunes so…can I just unplug the amp connection by the saddlebag to turn it off and have it be more like a stage 1 upgrade or will that not help?
I know I could just try it and check things out but I don’t know a darn thing about amps and everything I read makes zero sense to me. I don’t want to mess anything up so hopefully someone on here with know how can give me some help.
