hmmm...to me the volume is VERY loud when set at more than 1/2 while at highway speed. Any higher than 3/4 and it's painful (still sounds clean though). Hard to say what might be the issue you seem to have. You have 250W/ch vs my 180 so I would think it should be plenty loud. Maybe give the folks at BT a call?

I would recommend you check out the Hertz 1000 watt amp I think it would be great for your setup you are wanting. Volunteer Audio has a great plug and play setup with great videos.
