got it figuered, i think
think i'm gonna go with this set up, polk mm651 in the fairing, and not sure for the back.
this all should work with the factory HU and the psc3004 4 channel amp ?
the polks are 2.7 ohms, the amp is 4 ohms.

doesn't matter how old it is. Those Polks will NOT work with that amp as it's a 4 ohm amp. You must either use speakers that are 4 ohm or if you want to keep those specific speakers you must replace the amp with an amp that's stable at 2 ohms.
That's just a previous generation HW amp (not very old). Most of Hawg Wired's current amps are stable down to 2 ohms, yours is only stable to 4 ohms. Like UltraNutZ said, you need to decide whether you want to run that amp or run those speakers. You can't use them together.
ok now i'm totally confused, my system , according to my records is, amp , and speakers are 4 ohms, but i still got the clipping issure.
of could the problem be , that i got one speaker not working, and the other is acting likes it's blown, so its throwing the ohms off?

Missouri Snowman, I too was under the impression that you were using the MM651 with that amp so now knowing that you're using the HW speakers, here's what I would do to troubleshoot.
1.) check your power and ground wires to make sure they are secured and not corroded anywhere. Especially the ground wire. if that checks out good then
2.) unplug both rear speakers and turn the radio up to the point where it was clipping. If it doesn't clip then you know it's one of your rear speakers causing the issue. if it still clips, then
3.) plug your rear speakers back in and unplug your front speakers and repeat the process. If it doesn't clip then you know it's one of your front speakers.
If one of the above works, then you'll need to plug each speaker back in individually to see which one is causing the issue. If it doesn't resolve the issue then connect your speakers back to your headunit directly bypassing the amp. This will tell you if the head unit is bad.
oh yeah... if all of this checks out, then your amp is likely the culprit..
