My Sony has been on both my touring bikes since '07. Have ridden in rain that all you could see was the dotted yellow line. Still works but I do recommend the Biketronics cover.
I know on my boat forum there are some Fusion lovers / haters (like anything else). Hopefully it is waterproof if you don't run the BT cover. Can you use a regular install kit or is this going to be custom install?
Just make sure the system you install is able to be added on to, I don't think anyone here has been totally happy after the first time out!!

 

finally pulled my Sony DSX-S310BTX from my 12 this past week. Served me well for almost 3 years. Sold it to my neighbor to put in his golf-cart.

Yes sir. Always been a fan of Kenwood and wanted to try something different. Went with the KIV-BT901 media center.

yes sir, that's it. I even thought about the Fat Baggers one for an iPAD but 1. I hate i.X devices and would rather not give any more of my $ to Steve Jobs; 2. I'd lose a couple of gauges.

With just putting the Dakota Digital Gauges in, I really hated to put in a flip up screen at this point that will block the gauges.
