Any further road testing will have to wait till spring. Dynojets instuctions also called for the needle clip to be on 3rd groove down from top of needle. When I tried that the bike had mid range issues and runs better on the 4 th groove down. My fat boy " with exact same components as the Springer" was dyno tuned at Harley shop and it has the clip on 4th groove. Anyway, I am going to check compression one of these days.
