Thanks for the input. Bike sat for about 2 months while recovered from knee replacement. Didnt use any additive, but I did empty the tank before hand. Ive rebuilt the carb completely, including vacuum piston, all new jets, and choke cable. New intake seals based on a leak I found corrected. Used carb cleaner around both flanges with no change in idle speed. I use 93 from Sunoco for gas. Ive only put about 80 miles of scooting around town. Prob havent went to hard on the main circuit trying to dial the idle and take off before I worry about the 180 I have as a main now.

Oh and I have stock evo motor with Arlen Ness big sucker 2 and VH shorties. No known history on the bike outside of what dealer did for it to pass inspection (tire, oil, front tire and brakes). 32k miles on her. Since Ive had it Ive replaced alot of stuff. Basically everything except the actual engine and tranny.
