My 06 street glide run fine up until i do 90 or better. Runs well for about 1 mile, then acts like its running out of gas. Pulled the petcock, clean. only does it at high speed. Thought of installing arlen ness hi flow petcock. Any ideas???
It is possible that an overly rich high speed is dumping fuel into the motor faster than it can be replenished...and that extra rich mixture ( if so) isn't doing anything for power.
or the float level is set too low
or it may be a petcock issue I don't know the ness, the pingle has been around for ever.
