Default Velocity stack rejetting

I am adding a 2" velocity stack to my HSR 45 on my FXRS. Does any one have experience with jet sizing difference ? Thank you in advance !

Roger that ! Thought since the carb is off the bike I could modify if necessary....gulping more O2 and all... Thanks for the advice I will monitor the plugs......
