Default Carb jetting

Hello forum members, new to this site, Bob from Ohio here. Well I could use some input on carb jetting on my 1988 Heritage. I recently bought this bike and it needed a carburetor, I bought an S&S super e shorty. I didn’t have much time to play with the jetting on it before weather turned cold. Well now I have all winter to make some repairs and upgrades to it, I am going to be installing a Andrews EV27 cam to it this winter, my question is what jets should I start out with. The engine is in great shape as the top end was redone not long ago, it has stock header crossover pipes with screamin eagle mufflers. My question is what jets should ya all think I should start out with after the cam install, I believe the directions that came with the cam give starting jet suggestions for a stock cvo carb. This engine came stock with a keihin carb and not a cvo and I am running a super e on it, any body got some suggestions for me out there ? Thanks for any input.

My little collection, 88 Heritage, 93 low rider, 64 Honda dream

Nice looking bike(s). Nice stable

If not getting any answers here after awhile, you might get some more exposure over in the Evo forum. Sorry I know nothing about S&S carbs. There are some evo guys who run them, so you will get some suggestions.

Welcome to the forum.

28 or 295 pilot jet and a 66 main jet to start, adjust from there as needed.
