Default cutting out

I have a 1993 dyna wide glide. It is cutting out going down the road kind of like a fart through the carb I guess you could say.
I have only noticed it when riding in cold weather and it happens around 45-55 it's when I let off the throttle and let it slow down some then go to hit the throttle.
Doesn't kill it or anything just kind of like a burp, also I can keep it from doing it if I barely start pulling on the throttle, or pull the clutch in and give it some gas then let the clutch out.

Sounds like you may need to rejet! Cold Air is more dense which produces a leaner mixture. You could be to lean & it is just more noticeable in the cold weather.
