Default fairing

i was thinking of adding a fairing to my wide glide. narrowed it down to a memphis shade gauntlet fairing and a conley retro 3/4. they both look similar so i guess what i'm asking is: is the conley worth the extra price? any thoughts guys?

Have you looked at the Rifle Roadster Fairing? I got mine a few weeks ago. Great looking fairing at a nice price. I'm totally impressed with the build quality as well.

Conely has a very bad name in the industry. Worth more money? Not a chance.

I had a Gauntlet fairing on my street bob for a very brief period. The build quality was excellent and the quick release system worked great. I had terrible buffeting and wind noise with it installed however. I adjust every which way but could not get it eliminated. I wish I could have made it work because I loved the way it looked. It may have worked better for someone a bit shorter (I'm 6'). Looking into a full windshield now....

conly has a bad reputations? how come. i went throught the club bike post and a lot of people had the conly 3/4 fairing. liked it but the memphis shade is like half the price. i don't mind paying the extra if its worth it. if conley has a bad rep that might help me decide

I went with the Memphis Shades Cafe Fairing. Not as big as the others. I like it

If you end up putting a fairing on a perfectly good Wideglide you'll be required to turn in your ManCard immediately!
