What did you do to your Dyna today?

I have a thing. We live on a court and there's always an eight foot snow pile right in front of our house where the plow stacks it at the end of February. I don't get the bike out until that's gone (logic being it forces me to wait for a couple of good rains to get the gravel and powdered salt off the roads). Should be about Wednesday or so.

@Robbyville....I have 2.25" 6061 aluminum. Put it on lathe, bored out bottom to fit over nut, beveled top, bored hole in top for clock. Polished with 3 different wheels. I get the clocks from a supplier online. I make allot of stuff, made my luggage rack, front fender brackets, gas caps, hot toppers, bolt covers, rear turn signal relocation arms.....

Took the first ride of the season today. Was able to see the results of some new mods….
Hagon 13" Nitro shocks
Retweek forks with different oil (Belray 10 Wt - both forks have Racetech straight rate springs for my weight and Gold Valve Emulators)
Corbin Classic Solo w/ backrest
Latest flash update for FP3
I road about 50 miles today. Overall, the ride quality is really improved. The suspension makes the bike really enjoyable now. I'm not bottoming out at all, took a turn that I always scrape the floor board on and didn't scrape. The handling is much more confidence inspiring. In this area the roads have some serious potholes going on after this winter and I nailed a good one today.
The fork never bottomed out on the hit and never gave me the feeling of just on the verge of losing it. On retrospect, I don't think I originally setup the left fork correctly. Last weekend, I had taken the fork apart and went through everything again and it feels much more dialed in than my first attempt. Brake dive is reduced due, harsh bumps don't upset the bike as before and handling feels more precision.
Hagon Nitro shocks - I was between these and the Progressive 444's. I wanted to stay in the $500 range and these seemed like the best options in this price range. I liked the idea of the Hagon's being built for my weight and they have adjustable damping in addition to the adjustable preload both shocks share. I have no other experience with cruiser shocks, but the Nitros really made a difference in ride quality and handling. On that pothole hit, I would have ricocheted up out of my seat with the stock shocks. If you haven't upgraded your shocks (and for that matter, forks too), you're doing yourself a disservice. The bike really feels transformed.
Corbin Classic Solo - Of any seat I've researched, Corbin's seems to be the most, you either love it or hate it. They are definitely harder than others, but fit well…at least for me. I'd rather have it be a little taller, but so far so good. I'm looking to a good 70+ degree day for a 200+ mile ride, to really see if I like the seat. I LOVE having a back rest. As far as I know, Corbin is the only seat that can lock to the bike.
FP3 update - My first few miles today had the bike feeling really rough. Granted this is the first ride of the season, but I'm guessing between the flash update and new suspension, things had to settle in a bit. After about 10 miles, things started really smoothing out. Granted, I've been JONESING for a ride, but after things smoothed out, the bike was humming like never before. Zero backfires and really smooth power.
Really liking the bike now. Cams, chrome kit and headlight upgrades are next.

I just stared at my bike a few times. Was drinking today so no riding for me. Yesterday on the other hand... took it out to AZ bike week. Had a great time window shopping. And got to enjoy the ride home with other bikers.

Took it for a test ride after adding a 23" wheel, lowered an 1" front and back.
