Mine is a 2002 1200. You can spot the 1200's by the faux gold/bronze engine covers. The 1100's have all black engines.

FWIW, had an '05 ZZR1200 too. Now that was a real motorcycle, over 100 MPH that is. Called a Sport Tourer, but it was really a Supersport, crazy ride.

Great lookin' bike. Guess you didn't lose your house. Had some water, but mine survived. Gonna try and commute to work some over the next few days, as a respite from all that crazy azz rain and water. tp

Just a thought here. Will the purchasers of the Softail Dynas be able to come here, or will they be ostracized to the Softail forums? Wonder if MoCo thought of that before making their changes???? tp dd60

thanks! And I'm in an apartment in midtown on the second floor, so my place was fine. Never had any water accumulating. I had to get out of the apartment today, I had cabin fever bad lol. When you say "had some water", did you mean inside your place? If so, I'm sorry. Most of the people I work with were taking on at least a bit of water.

Lepers can find their own colony, they ain't Dynas.
Best of thoughts to all you folks down there affected by the storm, horrible
I apologize to those inflicted with leprosy, it ain't their choice, my apologizes!

Water in two rooms, messed up floors and walls, but 1000 times luckier than so many. So far, the estimation is over 100K homes, plus untold apartments and businesses, were destroyed.
What a mess.... tp
