Does anyone have the Roland Sands Design Avenger Solo Seat? I am looking at replacing my Sundowner 2 up with a really good solo seat. I want something thats going to look good and be nice for long rides. I will be going to Sturgis this year and riding from Oregon so I need something that is not going to kill me after 6 hours of riding. Any other seats people would recommend for long hauls that are solo and not a couch.

Hows the back support in solo mode? I mainly want a deep seat that will support my hips and keep me from sliding onto the dang fender when cracking the throttle.

 

its a nice seat..just doesn't fit my bike ..was $375 I got it for Christmas and didn't return it on time

 

its deeper than stock, the memory foam is very comfortable and i stick to it like glue when WOT. give ed @ sick saddles an e-mail he will custom build it for you back support, comfort, extra support, stitching etc.

 

I have the RSD boss, same seat different stitching. It is not a long haul seat but looks awesome. When I go out any longer than an hour, the oem goes on....yup

I would recommend looking at C&C. I have the Dual Sport Tour and if the solo model is anywhere near as comfortable as the dual, I think you'll be pleased.

 

Any other brands? I know mustang makes good seats but I want to stay away from the couch look. I want a nice deep bucket that flows with the bike and doesnt stick out like my sundowner
