I really want road pegs for my 04 Wide Glide but I don't want an engine guard. Any ideas?

Does this type fit a Wide Glide?? Their just bolt on brackets, I put extenders and Kury Iso pegs. I didnt care for the engine guard either.

I ran across these, I've been thinking about putting them on my scoot, but haven't as of yet.

Just my thoughts..............................those "moustache bars" just dont cut it fer me, lucky that I have middies and have the spot where foward controls go for me to install the brackets and pegs...........theres got to be an alternative for ya besides those............lemme stink on it !!! If you have foward controls how about a pair of " switchblade from kuryakyn in place of the ones you have on now, gives much support and controls are right there ??

Thanks for the feedback so far.

I'll considered the mustache bar but only as a last resort. I've looked into the kuryakyn extenders but then I have to buy their pegs (they made it so the Harley pegs won't fit) and the combo is kind of expensive for what you get. Also the push out the pegs about 3 inches. I've got to think that makes it difficult to shift and brake since those controls don't get pushed out.

I have to do something I'm starting to cramp up on longer rides.

Anyone have a picture of mustache bars or the new kuryakyn extenders on their bikes?

Can you put a set of mid control peg mounts on to give you another place to put your feet and change leg positions for a break during long rides?

Just bought the Harley peg mounting brackets with the Kuryakyn Iso pegs for my fat feet, bolts up to the space provided on down tubes where the extended control will eventually go once I sell my first born and reap the profits......................LOL, once I get smart enought to use this computer I will post some pics, either get smart or read the instructions............................
