Notice on my front 21" tire on 2010 wide glide that the wear is off centre, stock front end set up,

Looks like it needs to be moved away from brake caliper 2-3mm

Would have to get new spacers and would i shim the brake disc to hub or shim the brake caliper?

How would you go setting it up properly (tp get setup as close to centre as possible) or is this just normal wear on the 21" wide glide tire

Without an image I'm taking a guess here but it sounds like normal wear to me. Attempting to use spacers to move the wheel to try and 'even' the tire wear is going to have a negative effect on vehicle alignment, not something I'd want to do I used to commonly see the uneven front tire wear on my sport bikes, especially when using softer track oriented compounds, my love of twisty roads didn't help My '13 FJR had dramatically scalloped the OEM front tire in 1k miles, the replacement Michelin tires didn't wear as quickly but the front was showing some scalloping again in 3k miles. As I said, without an image I'm making a guess but my first thought as I read your post was it's perhaps time for some new tires...

I looked in my diary tonite and on 16,000kms pirelli night dragon, the same wear pattern occurred on the previous avon venomX but got about 24,000kms out of that one

I just touching the wear indicators on one side of tire, no cupping

Will get photo up in morning

 

I don't know how you all get that kind of mileage out of tires. I run them to bald and don't get that much.
