I really, really like the look. But, I went on their web site, and the sound clip sounds really, really loud.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Here is a much better sound clip. BTW I just removed the carbon fiber cone bc it kept rattling again. I guess one point deducted from the fitment column.. lol I think just an extra washer for each bolt will fix it tho.

Also for you guys that don't like the discoloration, I put on the shields so maybe that'll help. I personally love the look with the shields on too now. The contrast with stainless shields and discolored header is the **** (to me).

 

Id have to agree with your assessment. I have the flat black pipes, myself, on my Fat Bob, as I didn't really dig the discoloration. I love them. Great sound.

 

I think they sound badass. Better than my Bassani. I think the raw stainless looks great. Makes it look more like a race bike than a show pony. And shows you actually ride it.

Fwiw, revzilla has a really good video review with sound of it on a bike going back and forth, really gives a sense for the pipe. It sounded awesome for those who want a badass sounding pipe with performance to back it up.

 

Did you contact Two Brothers to advise them of the rattle issue with the end cap installed? They should be made aware?

 

No, not yet. I just talked to a guy this weekend who had the same issue and he said that after calling TBR they sent him a new cone asap. No rattling now. I expect they'll handle it well, if not I'll be sure to let everyone know. lol

I like it even more now that you put the SS shields on. Definitely sounds bad a$$.
