Help with cable extension... Best of Dyna links broken
 

Was trying to find out how to extend my clutch, brake, and throttle cables for 16" apes on a 2007 FXDB. I click the links in the best of dyna thread, but get a page not found result.

I would be so grateful if you can point me in the right direction in purchasing the cables,what lengths I'll need, or anything helpful at all! Thanks.
