Absolute best thing I've done to my Super Glide. I'm only 5'7" with a 31" inseam & have all kinds of room to stretch out & move move around.

I touch 'em down every once in a while, but it's no big deal. I bevelled the crap outta the boards on my '99 FLTR. Just lets you know yer getting close.

What brake pedal are you using?
Does it bolt on with no mods?
The stock Fat Bob one is too small. I want something larger.

Itching to put boards on my Street Bob, the mids are uncomfortable and I don't feel like riding all that much because of it.

Go for it man, you will thank yourself for it every time you ride. After putting the floorboards on I rode to NH from NJ and what a difference, my feet aren't stuck in one spot any more and I can even step on the boards to rise from the seat once in a while to help with tailbone pain. Even with the exhaust modification I had to do it was still really easy to put them on and I have fallen in love with my bike all over again.

Hey Lou E.. Hope you get this post. Sorry I don't have message enabled on my account.

Nice work on the footboard install. I have been looking into this for my '04 WG with V&H Big Shots. I already have the forward controls as well. The kit that HD sells is for 2008 and later, so that might be a show stopper for me since mine is a 2004.

What year is your bike?
Thanks.
