Did you use non ethanol fuel when you stored the bike?
Best siphon:

Can only confirm what has already been suggested.

-Drain fuel (regardless of stabilizer since it's been so long) Either disconnect fuel line under tank and drain there, or just use a syphon. If you get 90% out, good enough. Preferably get the bottom out though as it will have some amount of condensed moisture. Can just hold syphon hose to lowest part of tank.
-Change oil as water has likely condensed in it as well over the years.
-If you're concerned that the rings / pistons have oxidized to the cylinder walls, you can give a squirt of fogging oil or ATF (or any oil really) down the spark plug holes and let it soak overnight. Generally unlikely over a 5 year period, but with high humidity and temperature variations (UK) it is possible.
-Battery is up to you. If it was on a tender, might be fine. Personally I'd try it, but wouldn't be too shocked if it was shot.

ACL tear? Just tore mine a week ago and am curious how tough it will be to ride this summer.
