I love the console, did you just have the factory wrinkle black powercoated?

I know it's not for everyone, but you won't believe how comfortable it is with the suspension, and other changes. Works great for multi-day trips, and can be stripped down in minutes once you get where your going.

I really want to do something similar as far a quick detach touring back. It'd help the old lady on long rides. Where did you get the bracket for that?

What bars are those? did you have to extend lines, cables and/or wires?

Love this thread!

Right now it's in the garage with no rear fender, waiting for me to chop the struts and find someone to fab up a swingarm mounted rear fender.

Fortunately I've also got a Superglide to ride. Woohoo!

Awesome!!

I'm not big on the blacked-out look, but I really dig yours! If I may ask, what length is your clutch cable and what grips are those?

-I'm not quite sure on the clutch cable, just know that they're made for 16" apes.
-Here is a link to the grips: http://www.jpcycles.com/product/501-301

I thought those were the same grips I have! I need to order a clutch cable that length though. Thanks for the info!

Just purchased, waiting on delivery. FXR graduate, or flunky since I sold it. Either way can't wait to ride the 96", 6spd, then modify over the winter.
