Default Solo Seat Hardware

I bought this 06 Super Glide used. Had a rear pilon added to the seat that was bought from HD. (have the bill) I took it off so I could just run solo seat but I can't see how the rear of the solo fastens down. No brackets, bolts, nothing. Any holes in the rear area of the seat look virgin except where the two bolts held the pilon on. Anyone know what should be under there??

Sounds like you need a Fender Solo Seat Nut Kit If fender has a plastic plug rather than a nut insert, remove plug and use nut kit to mount solo. Accepts 1/4-20 thread screws.

K. Got it. When I remove the bracket from the back of the pilon seat it just needs to bee attached to the rear of the solo. Remove threaded slug from rear, where pilon seat was. Screw seat down Use cover in rear hole where pilon was screwed down Guess I just needed a good nights sleep! Thanks Bassman.

Almost forgot...put the nut on a long zip tie and fish the zip tie from the underside. Saves from trying to get your hand up under the fender
