Default Rev limiter help

Just picked up an 04 FXDX, I have a clear vision dyne jet tuner. The system lets me adjust the rev limit but not the speed when it hits. Is there anyway I could make it bounce real fast when it hits?

Maybe it's just me but, I don't get it.
Wanna ask that a different way? Doesn't make much sense,, your "speed" and engine rev has to do with gear selection.
Whatta ya mean "bounce" the rev limit?

Pull the clutch in while holding the throttle wide open.. It will bounce faster.

I believe it's referring to the rpm that the motor will begin firing again once the rev limit is reached and the power cut, if the throttle is still held open.
Something I'll never have to worry about.

The speed of what? Sorry, I read it several times and can't understand what you're looking for. Not sure what you are trying to accomplish.
In any case, I don't think you can adjust the characteristics of the rev limiter, just the cutoff rpm.

I think he wants his bike to sound like a dirt bike when the rev limiter is hit. I think he is talking about the speed of the sound of the motor...he wants the rev limiter to "bounce real fast"......I hope this is not a serious post....

I've actually seen people do this at a local bike night.
Can anyone tell me why? Or does it just have something to do with the beverages being consumed? (that I would understand)

It is completely serious. Im just asking for help not an input on my riding. I get the rev limiter a lot when I roll burnouts or do donuts. I wanna bring it down about 1000 rpm and make it so it bounces and doesn't just go slow of the limiter. If you're not sure about actual help please save us both the time and just don't comment.

What is a "clear vision dyne jet tuner"?
More people would be able to respond if you clarified that.

If it is like my Power Vision 2, you cannot make it bounce the limiter like a MSD race ignition
