What Risers for 1 1/8th renthal bars
hey,
I know i said I wouldn't do it, but my apes are starting to irritate me. I have a brand new renthal bar that I pulled off my rmz450 when it was new. I want to run that bar with a 12-14" riser. My issue is that all the risers in that height are only for 1" bars. Has anyone been able to run 1 1/8th moto bars on their dyna?

I hear you on the cost too...insane. If it were me, I'd get a set of 10" standard risers and lucky daves moto bars or big al's moto style bars. Ran that setup on my old bike and loved it.

I believe you can get sleeves for the bar ends that will allow the harley controls to work. Hard case has them looks like, could probably find them cheaper...

Hard Case sells everything you need, and I think a little less than Forbidden.

I would do that, but my only issue is my cables. I bought all new cables for these 14" apes that im running. I would be really pissed if I had to run all new cables. I still have my stockers though....10" seems to be pretty short though...im 6'3, not sure if that will be high enough. My 14" apes are at shoulder height, perfect IMO.

I'm also still in the "can't justify the cost" club... I do like the look though.
