I've got about 1000 miles on since the motor upgrade. So far so good. I'm happy with how everything turned out, and I'm really enjoying the extra power. With all the low end torque, and the 30/68 pulleys, I can cruise at 60mph in 6th, and really only downshift if I want to pass someone in a hurry.
Aesthetically, I really don't have anything planned for the near future. I'm definitely going to be doing dual front disks at some point, and I'm still toying with the idea of adding another 2" to the fork tubes. I'm happy with the way it handles now, however, so I don't want to screw that up.
The only thing that bugs me is the Mustang seat. It doesn't exactly flow with the lines of the bike, but its so damn comfortable I can't convince myself to change it.

Back on topic- Reindeer, yer bike is bad-***. That motor's a beast & I love the '70's vibe.

Haven't updated this in a while...
Made some changes this past winter. Fresh paint is the most obvious change. I also added a Lowbrow Customs chopped front fender, brass foot pegs and some misc bolts, got rid of the Kuryokyn grips and footpegs that had been on the bike since I bought it, and picked up a smaller Mustang saddle. Switched the tank bib to one off a Switchback. I also installed 2" extensions to the fork to add to the 2" over tubes I installed a few years ago. I questioned the integrity of the extensions, but TCC used them to success on his former Wide Glide, so I decided to give them a shot.
Really happy with how everything has turned out. I hate to say it's done, but other than a few minor things here and there, and possibly adding a second front brake, I don't really have any more plans.

I enjoy it as much as possible.
Didn't talk about it much on here, but this repaint was brought about because of me making a stupid mistake and laying it down in a parking lot. Fortunately other than some relatively minor damage to the bike, the only damage I ended up with was a skinned knee. Lesson learned, these machines demand respect.
