Low rider vs Streetbob ?
#41
As a current Bob owner, I'd have bought a LR if I could have found a better deal on one. My first Harley was also a Bob and I didn't know better at the time to buy the LR. Couple of months on this forum back then had me wishing I would have got the LR. I'm happy with my Bob now cause I couldnt beat the price but if I had found a LR with comparable miles and price, LR with no question.

Never in a million years would I have jumped into a 15k bike loan at the age of 20. That's just asking for trouble. I'm also 36 years old and a lot smarter now though. It also sound like you are impulse buying after your separation from your girlfriend. I might be wrong but that's what it seems like. Personally I would wait. You're still super young and have your whole life ahead of you to buy a bike. With all that said, my vote is for the street bob. I'm bias for obvious reasons though

I feel like a 3k down on a 12k loan wouldn't be much of a burden right? It'd only take about 3 years to pay off

If your mom made you sell that tiny bike for being reckless, the last thing you need is a $15k Harley that weighs 500+ pounds! Do yourself a huge favor bud. WAIT! Grow up a little (not meant in an ******* way) and get your priorities straightened out first. Move out of your parents house and live the adult life for a while. Then maybe consider a bike.
