Default 2014 Low Rider not starting

Starter clicks solenoid clicks but never tries to turn over. Battery is on tender now but was not for last couple of weeks. When I first try it voltage is 13.1 as soon as I try bumping the starter a couple of times it will then be 11.5v. I figure I need to have battery load tested first but is there any other issues to watch for. Bike was on tender this winter but was rode a couple weeks ago and not put back on it.

If it's the original battery it just might be at the end of its life. Before you load test it give it a full charge, using a charger, not the tender.
Sometimes a poor ground cable connection can be an issue so it's worth checking that and the terminal connections while you're at it.

Charge it back up, have someone hold the probes on the battery while you try starting it...if it dips below 10V its toast.

Got it running today. Apparently the tender just surface charged it then my 2 amp charger on AUTO thought the battery was charged so it would not charge it. Took battery out of bike and into Orielly's to have them test it and there tester showed it required a charge before testing. After they charged it the battery tested fine brought it home and installed then bike fired right up. Thanks for the help
