Arlen Ness big brake kit.
Huge upgrade in stopping power, much less lever effort as well. I tried swapping to better pads before with just the stock rotor and noticed no real increase in performance. I wasn't happy with the brakes on my street bob until the big brake kit. Plus with staying a single rotor the front end looks better IMO and it's cheaper and easier than swapping to dual discs.

This is just swapping out the stock rotor for a bigger one from arlen ness or it means swapping out the brake caliper as well?

Before the factory front brake feels like you're in a truck towing a trailer without brakes and it's pushing you as you try to stop. Feels like they should and much better most other bikes with the big brake kit.
