My 2013 wideglide

New to me 2016 low rider
I traded my 2013 wideglide today with 16500 miles for a 2016 lowrider in cosmic blue with 3000 miles. I plan on starting a build thread soon.

Well i did fix the rear wheel first but honestly i dont know if i trusted it agian long term. Ive been wanting to turn the wideglide into something it wasn't for a while. So i figured if i could get a good deal on a lowrider or a fat bob i would be better off as i live close to the mountains and ride alot of twistys. Preferably at high speed . I wanted a lowrider s but couldn't stomach the 17000 price tag. I figure i could always go 110 later on this. Not to mention im tired of black bikes. The crash bar and stereo system got to go and some of that chrome.but other than that this bike is perfect to me.

Surprised the dealer didn't try and put you on a new softail, or did they?

 

They tried. I actually rode one a new slim. Ive heard so many mixed things about the m8 plus i really wasnt that impressed over the 103.

 

As with anything, people are more inclined to post about it online if it's something negative. I've heard mostly positive things about the new line up, but I don't have any first hand experience so I'm withholding my opinion. Hopefully I can take one out this spring for a test.
