Default reply to harley let down

thanks to all the people who gave me suggestion on my problem, to those who lit me up, your right, it was a crybaby bitch post, I should have worded it different. I in no way shape or form do I think a jap bike can compare to a Harley, I look at Harleys as art work,I should have said dealer let down, since then I took my tampon out and started working on the problem, I replaced the front motor mount and very little change, shimmed the mount and it made a big difference, just have a bad vibe at 2000rpm range that I can live with, I'm gonna change the rear mount this week, I was pissed at the time of the op and should have just asked for opinions, sorry if I pissed anyone off.

Btw, where I bought the bike they don't let anyone test ride their bikes,

I also ground the rubber hump off the motor mount before installing for more clearance

My engine has always had a pretty wicked vibration between 1900 and 2100 rpm. I assume it's just the crank harmonics/balance of my particular motor. Since owning this bike, I've changed motor mounts, pistons, cams, lifters, pushrods, etc (not to chase the vibration)... Since everything that that rotates has been changed except the crank (which is in spec for runout), I assume it's just the nature of this crank. It's never changed at all but isn't much of a concern for me, since I'm only in that range on my way off idle in first...

See, now don't you feel better?
People here have a lot of knowledge and are more than willing to help.
So bitching about Harleys on a Harley forum isn't going to go over very well.
Especially for your first post.

When you change the rear mount you may find that the shimming in front is wrong, or unnecessary...

When the front mount collapses it drops the front down and also pushes it back.
