Default Paint chip fix? 09 FXDF

whats up guys,
so the local dealer is being an a-hole and is refusing to be of any help on this:

i got a nasty AF chip on the tank, its about 5-10mm long (i think thats like half an inch?)

i wanted to get the color code for this (09 fxdf) and try to do it myself to avoid having to leave the bike at a paint shop but like i said the dealer was basically less than useless.
any chance anyone knows the color code for this or even better can point me in a direction of a kit i can buy (must ship overseas)

thanks in advance!

Dealer sounds less than helpful.
I have that same model and color so this caught my eye
Anyway , I just googled this phrase and found tons of possibilities for help.
Try "hd vivid black paint codes"
Good luck, that chip will be a memory soon!

colorite
Put your ride in on the left of the page and then select your paint if it a stock scheme. They have a good touch up kit.

It looks like the touch up small can kit is $60 and shipping to me is $15. Shipping from me to you is $15, but takes a couple of weeks. If you can get me the $90 I'll get it to ya.

Okay, here's my take ... Unless you're very good ( excellent ) at touching up I'd recommend that a bit of black nail polish or some model car paint ( Testors ) will do a good job at hiding the chip ... It'll ( probably ) look just as good as the $60.00 bottle of H.D. paint

Shipping paint overseas is a big deal and I think you'd have to lie to send it USPS or whatever and I'd recommend AGAINST that.

You're right, I can't ship oil based paint internationally. Sorry.
