Default wider front wheel on wide glide

Hello. My bike is a 2010 Wide Glide. I have read all over the forum and can't find what I'm looking for. I know a lot of people re-lace their hubs to a wider rim. What I want to do is go with a completely different wheel. 21 x 3.25
So obviously I won't be using the stock hub or spacers. So the info I'm looking for is as follows. Do people cut or grind spacers to make them work or is there a way to get custom ones made? Also how do I go about lining up the caliper? Are there caliper spacers or do I buy spacers at a hardware store and cut and paint them myself? I don't want to pull the trigger on the wheel and tire before I know how I'm going to address these issues. I ride with a large group and am stuck on one side of a lane so I'm not able to avoid all cracks and potholes. The damn skinny 21" gets a little to hairy for my liking sometimes. So this is the reason I want to go with a larger wheel/tire combo. I want a whole new wheel instead of re-lacing for looks. Thank you

Jireh cycles 3.25 drop center rim with stock hub and wheel spacers. Not a problem. Stock fender too. Not sure what the dilemma is but go with the 120 tire you will love it! Are you trying to ditch the spokes and go to a mag?

If you buy a 21x3.25 to suit a wide glide it will be set up to bolt straight on.

I'm wanting a different look so I don't want to use the stock hub with 40 spokes. I want a new wheel all together.

Oh ok. I suppose I need to email the company selling the wheels to see if they are for a wide glide? I thought aftermarket wheels were a universal thing. lol. I don't know much about it.

I do want a matching rear wheel as well. I was thinking 18 x 5.5

Wild One what did you have to do to make those wheels work on your bike?

I just ordered them for a 14 Wide Glide from Colorado Custom. 21x3.25 and 18x5.5. Running a 200 Metzler on the rear
